Wm. Roger Dunavant
Chairman and CEO of True Products ID Inc., William is a distinguished and successful entrepreneur winning the entrepreneur of the year award from Ernst and Young in 1995. As a corporate executive, William has helped raised in excess of 100 million dollars for corporation ventures. He is a globally respected consultant in the technology industry and has successfully led multiple organizations from inception to profitability throughout his professional career.
Li Ning
Mr. Ning, CEO of TPID Beijing, is vastly experienced in the technology, communications, security solutions and finance industries. He formerly served as Director of Guangzhou Bai Yi Technology Ltd, General Manager of Beijing Satellite Technology Center Limited, Executive CEO of Beijing Xin Wan Communications Ltd, Legal Representative of Yunnan Security System Integration Ltd, General Manager of Beijing Yi Jun Investment Management Limited, and Chairman and Legal Representative of Beijing Xinyun Zexin Technology Limited. A current member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Mr. Li had also served as a senior officer in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
Sergio da Luz
President TPID Beijing, Mr. da Luz also is a member of the board of directors of True Product ID, Inc. and True Product ID Technology (Beijing) Limited. Mr. da Luz’s career to date has been diverse. He has worked throughout countries around the world (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, Spain, and Sweden) and has experience across multiple industries including advanced technology, environmental, consumer goods including garments and apparel, computers, internet, electronics, tourism and hospitality, and wine and spirits, among others. His career has spanned across OEM manufacturing, including electronics and computer components; international sales and distributions; international trade and importing and exporting; research and development; operations; and management.
Wilson W. (Bill) Hendricks III
TPID COO, prior to joining True Product ID, Mr. Hendricks was with SmartVideo Technologies as VP Operations. Previous to this engagement, Mr. Hendricks was a Director with Bearingpoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he was a member of Bearingpoint’s Communications and Content practice. Mr. Hendricks was a founding member of KPMG Consulting’s wireless group. As a Director with KPMG Consulting’s Asia Pacific Region, Mr. Hendricks was responsible for starting the regions communications practice. Mr. Hendricks most recent Bearingpoint assignment was as Operations Director for the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Authorities TWIC Program. Mr. Hendricks has extensively resided and worked in China and Hong Kong.
Stephen W.W. Ching Jr., Esquire
TPID strategic advisor, Mr. Ching is a partner at the Law Firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP in its litigation, international and regulatory departments. Named “Super Lawyer International,” Mr. Ching received his B.A. from Princeton University, the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs; his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law; and a Master of Philosophy in international affairs from Cambridge University (Trinity Hall). He has studied the development of Chinese economic laws since the mid-1980s at some of China's most prestigious universities, including Beijing University Law School, Fudan University, Tsinghua University, and East China Normal University. He has worked with leading US companies on transactions in China as well as leading PRC and Hong Kong companies on transactions in the US, including in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, automobile, shipping, banking, tourism, toy, and sports industries.
